We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- Items must be in resalable condition
- You must contact us to receive a return authorization before shipping
How to Return
- Email support@s1goodies.store with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
- Pack the item securely and attach the label
- Drop off the package at any USPS location
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge. After that window, the order may have already entered fulfillment. Contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund including original shipping charges.
