Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Contact us at support@s1goodies.store and include your order number.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Square, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card number on our servers. Every transaction uses AVS, CVV verification, and 3D Secure authentication where supported.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 for all orders. Orders over $75 ship free within the continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Contact us to initiate a return and we will provide a return shipping label.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will appear on the original payment method.
